The equipment uses long- and short-pulse lasers (microsecond and femtosecond) as the processing light source and is equipped with a dual-light-source composite processing scanning head and a B- and C-axis cradle-type rotary table. It features dual lasers and five-axis linkage CNC processing capabilities, enabling precision machining of various superalloys, coated superalloys and multi-material composites. It enables precise and efficient cross-material machining, offering high accuracy, large hole density, and high efficiency. This system is particularly well-suited for high quality, high efficiency drilling of film cooling holes on industrial gas turbine blades.
